Have not received Beta Bucks

So I created my beta account a few days ago, of course I entered and created a toon to play...Soon curiosity hit about the Auction House. I went there and couldn't use it or figure it out, so I searched it and found that when you create your beta account, you should recieve 50 beta bucks to use on the AH. I never recieved any. I opened a ticket to see if I could get some and if they were still in use, and they told me this:

Unfortunately, since this is the beta, we don't currently have a way of applying the beta bucks to your account. You will basically have to wait until the next beta patch goes out, at which time you should receive the 50 beta bucks.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Feel free to report this in our bug report forums, so that the developers are aware of the issue.

So I am reporting this in the Beta Bug Report forum.
I am unsure if this is a bug or if this is an issue, another player told me he didn't get his for a few days after his account was made, so... I don't know what is up, just trying to use the AH.
