Good List of Items from Horadric Caches

This was originally posted on EU by Arbeia. I put it here because so many people are asking about items and where they are found. For example, the only cache to have RoRG is from ACT One cache. The levels will be for your character's level so the item level you see on the item links will change along with increased stats etc. You can mouse-over the links to see the item image and details.

Act 4

Act 4 appears to be able to drop items from all of the other act pools. If I get any clarification from blizzard, I will keep this post updated. So far, items from act 1, 3 & act 5 caches have been found.
