Game still very laggy - Blue Tracker

I'm currently living in South Korea. Is latency in game going to have a direct correlation to smoothness of game play? I currently Ping 195-250, and the game has been quite unplayable. Hard to get immersed in a game that is very choppy. I've played the game at all resolutions available and all quality settings with the same outcome. Any Help or Insight would be greatly appreciated. Also if this is a common issue that I've missed can you point me in the right Direction.

PC Hardware:
Intel Core i7 2600K @ 3.4GHz
16 Gigs of Ram
Nvidia GTX 580

You are going to get lag when connecting to the Beta from Korea because we currently do not have any Korean servers set up.

When the game comes out, you will be able to select Asian servers for playing while in Korea. For now, we only have US and EU servers for Beta.

You're right, my mistake. We have EU clients, but not EU servers.

No idea if anything other than US servers will be online before Beta ends. Expect Americas, EU, and Asia servers for launch.
