Game does not save key bindings/other options

This is becoming quite tedious and I'm not sure if anyone else has encountered this bug. But ever since the last patch the game does not save key bindings. Every time I load up the Diablo 3 beta and join a game, my key bindings have been changed back to the default ones. (I have made to sure to click "apply and save" after changing them. This happens everytime I restart the game.

Luckily the only real key I re-bind is the "force stand still key" (normally SHIFT) I prefer to have it as TAB. But I just thought I would report this bug.

Also, in "options" the checks to "display damage numbers" and "health numbers" etc.. Also gets reset every time you re-load the game. This is just a very annoying bug.
