Frozen pulse - Blue Tracker

Just wanted to toss this suggestion out there. The frozen pulse mod on champs and elites is too small and often goes unseen amongst the fray before it's too late.

I think it would be good to give it an embellishment so we can see it coming at least. It already gets a guaranteed first hit so why not give it something similar to the arcane beam to give us the heads up.

I've had more than one Frozen Pulse get lost in the chaos of battle, and show up right over my head when I thought I was safe. I've got a feeling that a lot of players have had a similar experience, so I'd be happy to pass this along.

Since we're on the subject, though, how would you change the Frozen Pulse animation so it doesn't get lost in battle?
