few questions about transmog.

hey guys i havent played d3 for a long while thinking of giving it another chance with ROS release and just read about this new feature coming.

however i have a few questions if they already are answered somewere else please provide me a helpful linky maybe :)

1. does transmog work with weapons or only with armors?

2. can i transmog legendary items or only normal ones?

3. can i use legendary items as a SKIN with this system if i find them AFTER ros launch?

4. if i can transmog weapons would it be for example finally possible to dual wield for example azurewarth or skycutters on my barb when i use them as a skin on my weapons or is this still limited to only 1 of these weapons at a time even when they are only skins?

5. can i transmog a 1hand sword style on 1h axe or mace aswell or does this only work with
swords?

6. (i know its unlikely) can you transmog a 2hand weapon style on a 1hand weapon or vice versa?

You will be able to Transmogrify weapons and armor.

You can Transmogrify Legendary, Rare, and Magical items.

Legendary items you find will unlock as an option for Transmogrification as long as they were found as of patch 2.0.1. Legendary items found prior to patch 2.0.1 will not be available as Transmogrify options.

You could Transmogrify both of your weapons to look like Azurewrath, so long as both of your weapons include swords in their Transmogrify options.

There are restrictions, but the basic rule is that the weapons need to have the same basic attack animations in order to share the same Transmogrify option pool. For example, a one handed mace, axe, and sword are interchangeable as far as Transmogrify is concerned, but you couldn't Transmogrify any of those into a dagger.

Two-handed weapons are not Transmogrify options for one-handed weapons.
