Error 82 rus region

Hi guys,

After my D3 Beta client was upgraded up to 16 patch I am not allowed to access the beta anymore. Apparently, this is due to the fact that I have pre-purchased D3 rus version which launches June 7th, so I suspect that Blizzard simply did not consider this during the 16 patch creation.

The error message I get is the following:
"The client does not match the account's native language. Please use the game's original client. (Error_82)".

It turned out that those who pre-purchased D3 rus version experience this issue only. In case any of you find the issue resolution please share it or link on it either in this thread or in this one http://eu.battle.net/d3/ru/forum/topic/3660328236

Thank you all in advance.

Thanks for your patience guys, this is a database issue the EU and RU teams are working on.

However, just a friendly reminder that copy-pasting people's questions and asking for Blizzard posts is not going to get this fixed any faster. I am a Quality Assurance employee, not a database and accounts administrator.

Hey guys, this should have been corrected awhile ago. I will follow up with the developers about this.

Hey guys,

No major updates today unfortunately. We are going to check your accounts to see if there is something wrong with how your accounts are set up in the Beta.

I'll try to get this resolved before the Beta ends, but if I can't, at least the release of the game is soon :)

Paid for pre-order and lost access to the beta. It turns out that the company does not value its most ardent fans who have already paid the money.

Pre-ordering the game does not give you access to the closed beta, unfortunately.
