Thanks a lot for your reports. When we hotfixed some rubberbanding issues last night, we created this bug. A hotfix should be going out soon to fix this issue as well.

During the patch 16 blizzard had fixed some rubberbanding issues players were experiencing, which then caused some further bugs which caused the came to pretty much freeze your characters point of destination, which means if you were to resume a game and continue, you could run around but would hit a black wall, if using abilities and attacks they would be coming from the location you came from instead of from the character itself.
A few other bugs that were created such as being able to move during cut scenes, and possible frame rate issues.
The bugs will be fixed soon... just be patient; blizzard has an amazing crew of people working on it.
