error_5012 and other adding friend issues.

I am still receiving the error_5012 (1 month and counting) when I try to add friends by their email addresses. When I try to add them by their battle tag instead, it acts like the request goes through but they still are not added to the friend list. It sends the friend request to the other user, but once they click the green check, the check disappears and I am still unadded to their friend list as well.

I know other people are experiencing the Error_5012 issue, but is anyone also experiencing the battle tag adding issue?


Edit: When a friend tries to add me, I do not receive the request at all. I've tried logging out and logging back in, but this does not fix it either.
