ERROR_395002 - Blue Tracker

I have been getting this error for the past 36 hours. Anyone have any suggestions? I have read all of the posts I could find and none of them really have a solution - they all just seem to start working after awhile. It would seem there is an object or something on the character that may be corrupt and preventing the hero list from loading correctly.

Simply looking at the main forums page would have shown several Blizzard posts.
