Error 300008

Hello everyone, every time I try to create a game and click on "start game" the button stays clicked in for about 20 seconds and then it times out and it says error 3000008:

Does anyone know what error 300008 means? Is anyone else experiencing this issue when trying to create a game?

edit:

I am still unable to create my own game without it timing out and giving me the error. However, I was able to join someone elses game just fine. Weird...
