Error 12 - No Diablo III License

So I have "Diablo III Beta" on my account (as I am posting using it...) but when I try to log into the game I get the following error message:

"This Battle.net account does not have a Diablo III license attached to it. (Error 12)"

Has anyone seen this before or have any ideas?
