Demon hunter exp stuck

My demon hunter is lvl 13 but my exp bar shows me at lvl 12 and 34800/36000 exp. All my other characters are maxed and show lvl 13 with exp bar full

Level 13 is the cap for the Beta. As for the EXP not displaying properly, this is one of those Beta-only bugs that won't be happening in the full version.
