Monk, Crusader: Chaotic Good
Barbarian, Wizard: Neutral
Demon Hunter, Witch Doctor: Chaotic Evil
I think making him different from a paladin or barbarian was a good idea, though some of the direction of the class is confusing. Bombardment should be a barbarian move first off.
To quote Nevalistis. "Crusaders tend to travel alone, occasionally with a ward or apprentice, and rarely interact with one another or the public as a unit. It's part of the reason they've remained unnoticed for so long."
Considering that, why does the crusader have a platoon of readily stocked and equipped siege-men following behind the "Lone Ranger(s)"?
Crusaders are described also as being of cleansers of land and soul. The last line against evil and corruption. Something which other paladin factions failed to fight off. Will Crusaders be seeing more healing/support spells, or was oom the bane to other holy factions.
I love the steed abilities, cant wait to battle clash with them.
Iron Maiden though. Wasn't that a Diablo 2 necromancer spell? I know the crusader is going toward a grittier holy warrior feel, and they are starting to feel like the Spanish inquisition(here we go).
Why not go all out and do dual wield shields. Or throwing them. Having it be the focus beacon of their power? Or duel wield flails charged with sweeping holy power?. It seems as though we are going to be using sword and board all the time, and I already get that with my protection paladin. Let me blast a golden lazor from holy runes on my shield.
