Create Auction Error

About half the time I create an auction the item doesn't disappear from my stash in that window properly, (Shows up in the active auction list and in my stash list) if I try and create another auction I get an error (seems like now my stash list is out of whack and i cannot even create an auction on a different item), its easy to fix I just close and re-open the auction house and it resyncs the items and works great
