Mine is the witch doctor but mainly because I've been very lucky finding good gear with him. That and I love the extra 30% run speed passive :)
Runner up is probably barbarian and then monk.

I was just thinking about how I miss ambient sounds of my pet doctor the other day when I was playing my Barbarian.
