Consistent API request failure since 2/15

Tonight (2/15) is the first time I have run into this but my API requests are consistently failing.

One update run I can get the hero JSON but an item's raw attribute JSON fail. The next time I run it the times the hero JSON request will fail.

This was related to an intermittent issue affecting profiles shown on the website as well. You can find additional reports of it here: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/7923693051

These issues should be resolved at this point, but we will continue to monitor for issues that have shown up since the patch.
