Can we please rebind left click to move ONLY?

The hit boxes of clickables (including monsters) is too large in some cases resulting in some very non-spectacular screw ups.

Also can we PLEASE get casting abilities to NOT treat left click as a NEW CLICK? (Teleport i'm looking at you)

Because nothing is as fun as FOLLOWING the monster you're trying to run away from, or trying to maneuver near anything clickable and instead dying while staring at a freaking pot.
