Can we PLEASE get something harder than T10

Whether it comes in the form of new Torment levels or an increase in the difficulty of the current ones, can we please have a difficulty that is challenging after more than twenty hours of game-play?

This is getting a bit ridiculous now, because regardless of whether the game's drop rates are too high or certain skills/items have allowed us to become too efficient at "farming," once we're partially geared, Torment 10 becomes way too easy. There are a grand total of fourteen difficulty levels, and yet none of them provide enough challenge on their own to make me break a sweat... even as a Hardcore player (no, I'm not bragging, it's simply a reality).

The reason why Torment 10 now feels like Torment 6 prior to Patch 2.-Whatever is not simply because of "power-creep," but because the Developers have all but stopped scaling item- and skill-damage to Torment difficulty levels. Instead, what we have are set-item bonuses that are tailored to perform a certain way in GREATER RIFTS, which for the most part, the Developers have scaled according to players' progression on the leader boards. The difference would be trivial if only a handful of players were doing Greater Rifts above Torment 10's capacity, but we're LONG past that point, so much so that Torment 10 is a tiny dot in our rear-view mirror.

Look, I'm not here to rant about Greater Rifts, because I enjoy them for what they are. My problem is that, in comparison, virtually every other aspect of game-play (whether it be Bounties or Rifts) begins to suffer when the Developers open up such a gap in difficulty between Torment levels and higher Greater Rift tiers.

I realize that some people would suggest to the Developers that they remove Greater Rift Keystones entirely from the game, but I will ask that such discussions be held in another topic. While it would be nice to enter and close Greater Rifts at my own leisure, removing Greater Rift Keystones does not directly relate to this topic. Perhaps Greater Rifts are the "end game," but even if that's the case and normal Rifts become redundant, we shouldn't be able to skip over fourteen difficulty levels in almost just as many hours of game-play. Greater Rifts can stay the way they are, just don't make the Torment difficulties obsolete!

TL;DR: Bounties and Rifts are an integral part of the game-play, giving us a variety of things to do, but with so many items/skills being tailored to perform well at higher Greater Rift tiers, Torment 10 provides little-to-no challenge for even us "average" players. Diablo 3's difficulty is in desperate need of adjusting, because in its current state, there are far too many difficulty levels, all of which become too easy, too quickly.
