[Bug] - Purple Tentacley Things have no name

They are in the Cathedral if I remember correctly (I haven't encountered them yet on my second play-through). They are ghostly purple tentacles and they killed me a lot.

When they did, the chat log said: Minaera was killed by !!Missing!!.
