[Bug] !!Missing!! IME_text_candidates

Bug found when trying to create a new character. Black box with text that reads !!Missing!! IME_text_candidates Has happened twice. This last time it happened after a the game froze, restarted, logged back in, and tried to create a new character after my hardcore character was killed when the game froze. This is what I saw.

Searched for this in forums and didn't find anything simliar, so I thought I'd post it.
