[BUG] Item in Stash not available to any clas

This could be user misunderstanding... but, I can't figure it out. I have an item purchased from the auction house which is not available to any class. It has the red cross though it regardless of the class viewing. (this could be a viewing error?) But it definitely changes other items. And it isn't thie "lock" level requirement either. Here's a shot of the item. I took a picture of it with the red cross out in every class, but I figured you can imagine that.
