[BUG] Error 315300

Just got invite last night, DL today, installed, tried to login to beta.

Error 315300 But I know my Battle.net UID/PASS are correct. can log into WoW just fine.

I didn't say it was "your problem". I said that there is not a bug with the error message and that you need to talk to Customer Support to get your account checked.

We have a Diablo III Customer Support team. Sending the WoW CS team tickets through World of Warcraft will not reach the Diablo III Customer Support team.

I'll follow up with them to make sure they understand that this is an accounts problem. Thank you.

My recommendation is to contact Diablo III customer support, not general customer support nor customer support through the in-game WoW ticket system.

I will follow up on Monday with more information on who to contact.

Thanks Raynerd. I understand everyone's concern with this issue, but I can only relay information I have.

For the last few patch cycles, I have collected player debug files and sent them to the database and development team. After the major Patch 13 bug was fixed, I continued to collect logs. Each time the logs are reviewed and the each time it was determined not a bug on both the database and Battle.net sides. I am only relaying information.

You guys can still post the D3Debug.txt logs here, and I will still collect them, but I can't promise that anything will be done at this point. This is a Beta test using different servers and an incomplete Battle.net environment than what will be used on May 15. Obviously, account issues will be fixed immediately when the game is live, but as for the Beta, all of this information is going to be wiped when the Beta is over. That may be why they are giving me the "not a bug" status.

The main reason I closed the last thread was because it was old and we had a lot of "me too!" posts that weren't adding anything to the discussion or debugging.

My ticket was through the diablo 3 ticket flow.

I'm going to see if I can get your accounts looked at on an individual level. That way we can fix the problem if it isn't a generic database issue. I'll follow-up soon(TM) :)

I submitted the accounts for the people in this e-mail thread, and am trying to find the accounts of stragglers in other threads. That's all I can do for now, so please be patient :)
