[BUG] Craftable can create !!Missing!! Affix

Was crafting today to make a nice 1-handed axe for my Barbarian when I created a very messed up item. Information below, presumably repeatable though I don't have enough goods to do so. Item still exist and is in my stash if a GM needs to check it out.

Crafting: Journeyman Heavy Axe

Created: Keen Heavy Axe !!Missing!! - Affixes:WeaponHitFear1H 1
Magic Axe 1-Hand
19.3 Damage Per Second
10-18 Damage
1.38 Attacks Per Second

Increases Attack Speed 6%
1.2% Chance to Fear on Hit

Required Level: 12
