[bug] Changing language does not work

Yesterday I tried the option for changing language in the options and it did not work. I had the game installed in French and selected English in the options. The game restarted and downloaded approximately 500 Mbytes. After the download end, the game restarted but was still in French. It was also impossible to choose a language from the dropdown menu in the options (no language appears anymore in this menu).

There is currently a Locale Selector in the Options --> Account menu. DO NOT USE THIS SELECTOR! This was not supposed to make it into our Beta build.

Workaround - If your game gets messed up because you used this feature, delete your Battle.net folder from your main harddrive/My Computer/ProgramData folder.
