Each time new game is load new bounties are set up for player.

Are the bounties only personal reward or can I do it with gruop of friends/Clan and all of them will get the bounty reward if they help me with my bounty?

e.g.:
I'm loading a game, new bounty for me. 2-3 Friends are joining my run. When we finish the bounty only I will get the 1/5 progress and reward or all players in a group will get It or they they need to complet their bounties?

We need to play X(times) x group size (amount players in group) to complet bounties for every one?

There are some great questions in this thread about joining Adventure Mode games that are already in progress, and how much participation is required for Bounty rewards. I didn't know the answer to all of these questions at first, so I did some testing in the Reaper of Souls Friends and Family Beta, and got some input from the developers.

Here's what I found out. Bounties (and their set progress) are synchronized for everyone in the party. So your group will have the same objectives, and the same progress made towards those objectives. Completing a Bounty set by dropping into a game that's mid-session is currently possible, and the rewards for doing so will need a tuning pass at some point. It's definitely a work in progress, but that's how it's currently operating.

Great insight, thank you Grimiku. But I think you'd like to take a closer look at the underlined part of your post, I sense something's amiss...

Good catch! I edited it for grammar, and appreciate you letting me know.
