I've been reading a lot of posts and have seen a lot of people complaining about the difficulty being too easy, bounties being too simple (not many types, no secondary or bonus objectives, etc.), and other flaws with endgame like Neph Rifts being over before the dungeon is clear etc.
Right now it just seems like everyone can just beat the game in a couple days and then there's really no incentive to keep playing since loot rains down from the sky and makes the difficulties obsolete since they're just a gearcheck anyway and not actually harder in terms of like, increasing monster speed or AoE range or aggression or adding hard-mode affixes.
I'm not really complaining, I think all of the changes so far are amazing and a huge huge improvement on D3 vanilla. But I just really hope we're not already to the point of touching up the #s and just making everything nice and neat. I really hope they have more to add cause it's like 85% there but still feels a bit empty and quick.
It's like, D3V was a hot dog when we got all hyped up over an advertised and long awaited a steak dinner, and now they're finally giving us a steak instead of a hot dog but it doesn't have any toppings or sides. So yeah I can't really complain but it still feels like an unfinished thing for some reason.
I just hope blizz has a few more tricks up their sleeve. They were totally on the right path and I hope they aren't pushing back new things until after release. Endgame needs a bit more for sure, more than just balancing.
