Blizzard authorization for App Store app

I'm trying to submit an app I created for fun to the Apple App Store but got rejected because I do not have evidence that I am authorized to do so. I have made sure to follow the guidelines and terms for API usage. The app is free and open source. There is no money to be made from this for me.

I'm not sure who to talk to about getting permission to provide to Apple. Any help would be great. I can provide the source and any information needed. Thanks!

Here's the message from Apple I received:

We found your app includes features or content, in the title, keywords, and imagery, that bear a resemblance to a well-known, third-party mark, Blizzard Entertainment. In order to proceed with the review of your app, we require documentation evidencing you are authorized by the rights holder to use these features.

Please remember that pursuant to your agreement with Apple, you represent and warrant that your application does not infringe the rights of another party, and that you are responsible for any liability to Apple because of a claim that your application infringes another party's rights. Moreover, we may reject or remove your application for any reason, in our sole discretion.

Accordingly, please provide documentary evidence that you have the rights to use this content to ensure compliance with the iOS Developer Program License Agreement. Once Legal has reviewed your documentation and confirms its validity, we will proceed with your app review.

While your iTunes Connect Application State is displayed as Rejected, it is not necessary to upload a new binary if you only need to address issues in your metadata. However, if you need to address compliance issues in your app - and not just its metadata - and you are able to make the necessary changes, we encourage you to do so and resubmit your binary for review.

We really have no control or input over that. Sorry.

Well it looks like no one is going to be developing app's for apple using blizzard's API if they don't address this "legal" issue.

You mean develop iPhone applications that get approved by the iTunes app store? I don't know about that. Aren't there a few already? Without seeing the app or know anything other than what they said (and assuming it is accurate and as unbiased as it can be), it is hard to say why or how Apple came to the conclusion that they did.

Edited because I thought I was talking to OP.
