[1] Initially I bid the "buyout price" 30.00 but did not actually select "buyout". This should have just bought out the item since I paid max price.
[2] When I THEN pushed the buyout button, it claimed I did not have (another) 30.00 and thus refused to buyout immediately. This should have bought out for the diff between buyout and current max bid (ie 30.00 - 30.00 = 0)
[3] When I lowered my bid to 1.30, it said I was outbid @ 1.40, but it did not refund any money leaving me with just 20.00. It should have returned 30.00 - 1.30 at first and then the remaining 1.30 after I was outbid.
