Beta Login Issues- 9/10 2:09 a.m. PDT

2:09 a.m. PDT- We are aware that intermitten failures are occurring during character and game creation and are in the process of investigating. Please feel free to continuing trying if you're receiving an error at character or game creation as they should eventually be successful.

The beta is currently unavailable while we investigate some ongoing login server issues. We will provide further updates at approximately 10:00 a.m. PDT.

We are currently investigating an issue that is affecting the ability for players to login successfully to the beta servers. We will provide an additional update in approximately 1 hour.

Pretty awesome that you're providing support for this at 2am on a Saturday morning.

We do what we can. Unfortunately, (or perhaps fortunately for those who are in need of sleep yet) the login servers will be down for the remainder of the night. We'll do what we can to update everyone again at approximately 10 a.m. PDT as to when they will be available again.

We really appreciate everyone taking the time to test and provide constructive feedback so we'll do our best to get you all back in action.

We're always burning to get you all some truly epic gaming experiences. But don't worry, after we have this out the door, you can bet we'll... Well, not rest exactly, but we'll um... have some punch and pie to celebrate at least. Who doesn't love some good punch and pie?

The login servers are again available though we are still experiencing intermittent issues. The post has been updated to reflect this latest development.
