The beta is available and we're slowly increasing concurrency caps to monitor stability. You may see an error when attempting to log in because the servers are full due to the lowered cap. We appreciate your patience and ask that you continue attempting to log in.

9:26 p.m. PDT- We have brought all Diablo III beta servers down in order to resolve an issue in which games are unable to be created after login. We will provide an update in approximately 1 hour.

8:35 p.m. PDT- We're in the process of bringing down the beta service for a brief time and will be bringing it back up with gradually increasing concurrency caps. When attempting to log in you may see a variety of errors, and we recommend you keep trying. Thank you for your patience and continued help during this stress test.

I'll update this thread as soon as I have more information, though it hopefully won't be long.

We're continuing to work on resolving this issue and are in the process of bringing the servers down again.

I haven't been able to play for more than 5 minutes since open beta. So yeah, shut it down - maybe yesterday was May 1st and we're all in the twilight zone.

Stress tests are often... stressful for more than just the technicians. We know this and we greatly appreciate everyone that's helping take part in this test. It will only help us with as smooth of a launch as we can.

i have been playing diablo since play station i play all blizzard game like it my job

the people who got there beta are lucky and im thank full that i just get to play the open beta and people that i know that hate diablo get the beta over like for exp me who play it like it my job i wish i could of enjoyed it longer then 3 days but cant wait thill the 15th im going to throw a diablo party the night before and never go to sleep again
