Barbarian Bug: Frenzy

I wanted to watch the changes to my Barbarian's DPS and Attack Speed through the various levels of frenzy, but unfortunately the game does not properly track the changes. My attack speed definitely does increase, but my attack speed under the Details section never went up.

I am dual wielding with a 1.5 speed and 1.43 speed weapon. When attacking, the Details section will show my attack speed as whichever weapon I swung last, completely ignoring frenzy in it's calculations.

Frenzy is not a buff skill like Shadow Power. Shadow Power is a buff that goes on cooldown. Frenzy is a skill that gives you a buff as long as you are using it.

That doesn't really explain why the csheet isn't tracking it. I had the same thing with a frenzied shrine, which is a buff, according to your criteria.

Hey Risingred,

What you just described regarding the buff from the Shrine is a bug. Regarding Frenzy, I am going to bring this up to the D3 developers, but I am not sure what their stance is on showing a single skill's buff that only buffs that skill in the Details stats panel.

I did not mean to imply that this was not a bug, but rather did my best to explain to that tester why Shadow Power was different from Frenzy.
