Auction house unavailable as of patch 11

I've been looking through the forums, and have only heard a few people mention that the Auction House is unavailable for them, while most report it is working fine. It's been unavailable for me since patch 11, but not sure if it's supposed to be down or if there's a common workaround or what's going on. Anyone else have more info?
