Auction House not giving B $ for sold items

When Selling certain items on the auction house I have not been receiving the B$

I thought it was happening prior but not 100% sure with the amount of trading i was doing,

however now i am 100% certain as the amount with these 2 more expensive items definatly was not received.

1.13.2012 - Keen morning star of the snake Sold - $102.69 No $ received
1.13.2012 - Death Band - $357 No $ Received

Will the retail version of diablo 3 Auction House also not award users with there real $ when they sell items? Or has this bug already been fixed but just not updated in the beta version.
