Auction House Buyout/Bid Bug

I recently utilized the Auction House to purchase an item. There seemed to be a delay on buying the item out, so I also tried to bid on it. The transaction seems to have processed, and the fee removed, but under completed items, it simply lists being out bid, and I am unable to retrieve the item.
