I know they can use Flails and Swords. I'm guessing probably Maces.

Crusaders can definitely use daggers, axes, and spears. They're like a walking tank with an arsenal of melee weapons. They can't dual wield, but they can carry a 2-handed weapon in one hand (with a shield!) with the Heavenly Strength passive ability.
