AH - unsold gold 2nd attempt, 2 different msg

Created an auction of 6,000 gold, apparently set the price a bit too high, no bids.
After 2 days, the gold appeared as "not sold" so I decided to list it again.
Clicked "6,000 gold" then clicked "Sell Item," 6 units of 1,000 @ 1.18/unit.

Problem: I got two conflicting messages:
1. "6,000 gold has been sent to your shared stash" True, in game, extra 6,000 gold added.
2. "6,000 gold auction created" Also true -- new auction of 6,000 gold was created.

That gold cannot exist twice. It should be EITHER added to my balance OR up for auction, but not both.
