AH max bid broken now

Specific example. Item: Evil-Eye Carnage. Apparently bidding against someone who has already set a higher maximum bid. However, my maximum auto-bid isn't taking effect. Just getting the message "Outbid on Evil-Eye Carnage".

Also, re-bidding from the same screen after being outbid (first re-bid) returns "Outbid on Evil-Eye Carnage" message without the new bid being registered. Re-bidding right after that (second re-bid) and subsequent re-bid attempts returns error message "Wanga Doll bid failed. Error 32109"

Only can re-bid after doing the search on Off-Hand again.

Didn't encounter this problem in patch 9.
