AH always unavailable on initial log-in

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but I've noticed that when I log in after launching the program, the AH is always displayed as "unavailable." However, if I log out (without closing the program completely) and then log back in, the AH becomes available.

Anyone else having this issue?
