Agent.exe problems

Hi, i would just like to know if this crap is ever going to be fixed and if not will it be in retail?
If it will, need to cancel my purchase... It is unacceptable and has to go, simple as that

game is unplayable with it, and cannot get rid of it
been waiting for d3 to come out for so long and now i will never be able to play it if agent.exe comes with retail...
please fix it/remove it :(
