Agent.exe *32 - Blue Tracker

Im fairly new to the D3 beta and I've come across a problem where every time I play the beta and exit the game, when I try to restart it, a checking for update screen pops out and the game never works. the work around for this is to start the task manager and close the Agent.exe, is this supposed to work like this or is this already a known issue?

This is a bug with Agent. We should be deploying a tools patch in the future that will fix many issues Agent is causing (such as not closing right away, saying your computer is min spec when it isn't, and others).

There are currently some bugs with Agent.exe that were introduced with the Mists of Pandaria Beta, since our Beta game tools are now universal. The WoW forums currently have more information than I do.

Also, I looked through my Bug Report forums and haven't seen a single thread started by you before. If you are still having issues with Agent.exe, I'd recommend you going to the Technical Support forums and having them help you out, rather than bumping a thread from 2 months ago potentially talking about a different issue.
