A Lore Nerd's Expectations with the Crusader

Just a few things I expect to see with the Crusader, which I'm very much excited about:

1. If the Crusader shields were passed down from master to apprentice ever since the time of King Rakkis, please make those shields worth keeping. I'm not saying make my starting shield the best in the game, but make it worth transmogrifying.

2. I certainly expect a short story close to launch, just as with the other classes.

3. On that note, at some point or other I expect an in-lore explanation for why Kurast and Travincal got so corrupt on their watch. My understanding is when Rakkis went west to bring Zakarum that way, the Crusaders went East to fight corruption in the church. From an out of game perspective I understand why they weren't there (they hadn't been invented yet). That said, I expect an in lore explanation.

Very much looking forward to the class!

You bring up some great points, and I'll be sure to pass them along. We're doing our best to make sure the Crusader delivers the experience we're aiming for, and we're very excited about telling their story.
