A few bugs

Bug 1: I recently encountered a bug that involved enemies attacking and chasing my Demon Hunter, even though my Demon Hunter wasn't exactly at the point that they were chasing. The enemies would swarm around and attack a bit to the right of my Demon Hunter, and as I moved my Demon Hunter, they followed, almost as if there was a mirror image of my character that was invisible to me.

At the time I was experiencing extreme lag. Once it had subsided, however, the bug occurred. It stuck like this for quite some time until I closed down the game manually. Unfortunately, I did not think of taking a screenshot of this, nor has it occurred since (3 days ago).

Bug 2: Also on my demon hunter, there are random instances that when I use Vault, I move an extremely short distance, but I do see the full animation. I see it more often when there are dips in the ground from broken tiles, but it also occurs occasionally on normal flat ground.

Bug 3: I've had a few chuckles from this one. When I use Chakrams on an uneven level of ground, like the stairs in the cathedral, the chakrams just drop to the lower level and then jump back up to the level on which I threw them. Not sure if this is a bug, but it looks visually awkward.

Bug 4: Achievements. I believe this is a general issue among the beta testers. A solution that has worked for me is to gain an achievement in a multiplayer session, as a single achievement in a multiplayer session tends to unlock every achievement I recieved in a single player session that wasn't previously unlocked due to the bug. Hope that may help.

I will constantly update this thread with any bugs I will find. Feel free to add your own list as well :)

One bug per thread please. I appreciate the effort, but lists like this do more harm than good for my tracking system.
