A BUG about the auction house eat my gold.

Today I lost 40,000 gold coins because of I use the auction house，40，000 gold coins has gone， it just gone.The ID is the ID of this question。
By the way, I sold gold coins because I have no BIDS , I don't get the test BIDS when I first join the test。
Is that a bug?
