3/1: Mini patch from launcher broke the game LOL

Was in game and then the game said a new patch was required. SO I exited and it downed loaded a mini patch at best (30'ish MB) and then when it finished the game was broken entirely saying 3 different errors:

"MSVCP140.dll is missing from your computer."

"VCRUNTIME140.dll is missing from your computer."

"'icuin57.dll' does not exist"

It is downright r3tard3d that someone in the community had to fix this since it should not have happened in the first place, but that is the state of this game I guess.

These files are from the Microsoft C++ Redistributable.
Re-installing the redistributable should fix this.
